The smell of this dish will make the neighbors envy, because it is prepared with the addition of a large number of Italian herbs, which include: marjoram, thyme, oregano, mint, basil and others. As a result, you will get a fragrant lunch or dinner, it will please you with its excellent taste, which resembles the taste of dumplings (mantov).

  1. Prepare the dough: put salt, sugar, vegetable oil in the water and mix. Add the sifted flour. Knead the dough and let it “rest” for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut mushrooms and sorrel. Add chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat, add seasoning, salt – mix the minced meat.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each one into a rectangle. Distribute the filling: put the minced chicken, mushrooms and sorrel on top.
  4. Roll the dough with the filling into a roll. The edges and ends of the roll are pinched and cut into equal pieces, from which mini-rolls are obtained.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the rolls in a baking dish, slices up. Add the broth so that it covers the rolls 2/3 of their height. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with vegetables and sour cream or with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your meal!
