Rolls with Ramson and Broccoli Recipe

  1. Wild garlic was minced in a meat grinder along with onions. Also chop the celery and broccoli. I added butter, salt, pepper and protein. Mix the filling.
  2. Defrost the puff pastry, sprinkle a little flour and cut each sheet of dough in half. Roll out the halves with a rolling pin thinner. Cut one edge with a carving knife. Put the filling on the entire edge of the dough, and cover it with a slice and bend the edge of the bottom. Buns are smeared with yolk, mixed with butter.
  3. Place the buns in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 18 minutes.
  4. The buns are ruddy, appetizing. Very tasty with ginger tea or cold milk.
