Rolls with Ramson and Broccoli Recipe
In the season of wild garlic bake a lot, make salads and freeze in proc. The filling in these rolls of frozen cherries and fresh broccoli.

  1. Wild garlic was ground in a grinder with onion. Also shredded, celery and broccoli. Added butter, salt, pepper and protein. The stuffing mix.

  2. Puff pastry thawed, a little powdered flour and each sheet of dough cut in half. Halves with a rolling pin roll out thinner. One edge cut it with a carving knife. The whole edge of the dough put the filling, and cut it covered and bent the edge of the bottom. Buns smeared with yolk, mixed with butter.
