Wild garlic was ground in a grinder with onion.
Also shredded, celery and broccoli. Added
butter, salt, pepper and protein. The stuffing mix.
Puff pastry thawed, a little powdered
flour and each sheet of dough cut in half.
Halves with a rolling pin roll out thinner. One edge
cut it with a carving knife. The whole edge of the dough
put the filling, and cut it covered
and bent the edge of the bottom. Buns smeared with yolk,
mixed with butter.
Buns put in a preheated oven
at t 180 degrees. Baked for 18 minutes.
Buns rosy, appetizing. Delicious
with ginger tea or cold milk.
