  2. Grate the pickles on a coarse grater. Then squeeze lightly.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes. Fry the onion until lightly browned with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then add the pressed pickles. The mixture warms up well in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetable mixture to the prepared turkey breast fillet.
  5. Roll the turkey breast fillet into a roll. Tie the roll tightly with a thick thread or use a plastic beverage bottle by placing the roll in the bottle. Then pull the molding mesh over the bottle and gradually pull the mesh over the roll.
