  1. All ingredients are listed for 2 servings, but the process in the photo is shown for 1 serving. I hope you won’t be ashamed. =) Wash the lettuce leaves and arugula, dry them, and tear them coarsely. Cherry tomatoes cut into halves (I had a regular tomato). In my opinion, it tastes better with cherries.))) Peel the avocado and cut into slices. Do the same with pineapple.
  2. Mix avocado, tomatoes and pineapple.
  3. Add lettuce leaves and arugula. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. To prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and honey (if desired, if the pineapple is not sweet enough) until smooth and season the salad. Add salt to taste, mix well.
  5. Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
  6. Ready!
