Salad of Italian cuisine. I saw the recipe on the Internet. I changed it a bit for myself. Instead of smoked chicken and fresh boiled green peas, I took boiled chicken breast and canned green peas. Very tasty and satisfying, beautiful. It can be consumed as an independent dish, for example: for dinner. For this salad, I will bake an Italian tortilla focaccia with dried tomatoes and fragrant herbs. The perfect couple!

  1. Potatoes in a salad should be baked in foil in the oven. Do not be lazy, such potatoes are tastier and healthier! My potatoes were baked for 30 minutes. You can do this in advance. Remove the potatoes from the foil and fill them with cold water. Clean. Cut potatoes and cucumber into small cubes. Chicken – as you like. You can just disassemble it into fibers. Ideally, this salad should have smoked chicken. The salad will be beautifully served. I will serve in square glasses with a capacity of 350 ml. Spread the salad in layers: green peas, potatoes, chicken and cucumber.
  2. Prepare the salad dressing. You can make your own mayonnaise or take a purchased one. In it we need to generously put finely chopped dill, salt to taste. Top the salad with green mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with a sprig of dill. Sesame seeds can be dried in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
  3. I’ll serve the focaccia salad. The perfect couple!
