Salad with Pasta and Bacon Recipe
In Sweden, pasta salads are popular when you need to take food on the road or on a picnic. This is one of these salads: it does not get wet and retains its taste for several hours, and in the refrigerator – for a day. It can be served both warm and cold.

  1. Knead the seasoning: wine vinegar, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the vegetables, lettuce leaves and parsley (tomatoes, if necessary, cut in half lengthwise).
  3. Mix the vegetable mixture with pasta, bacon and seeds, season with sauce and crumble the cheese there.
