  1. Ingredients – broccoli, parmesan, leek, salmon, milk, salt, pepper.
  2. Cut the freshly salted salmon into small cubes. Grease the mold with butter and put it on the bottom of the salmon.
  3. Cut the leek and parmesan into smaller pieces. Pour oil into a frying pan and fry (passer) the onion. Stirring constantly, add flour, pour in milk, add parmesan and season with dried basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the resulting mixture into a form with salmon.
  5. (Separate the broccoli and put it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then put it under running water and let the water drain). Put the broccoli on top of the mixture and put it in the oven at 200 degrees.
  6. The casserole will be ready in 20 minutes.
  7. Serve on the table with potatoes and herbs. I have boiled and lightly fried potatoes. Greens – dill, celery and parsley.
