Instructions
  1. Pour warm milk (200 ml.) into a bowl, add 7 gr.dry granulated yeast, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir the mixture and put it in a warm place to dissolve the yeast. After a while, a cap of small bubbles forms on the surface of the mixture. The dough is ready.
  2. Next, add 2 egg yolks to the milk-yeast mixture, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then add the total amount of flour in portions. Knead the dough. Cover the container with the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place to rise. After the first rise, knead the dough and set it to rise again. Then you can start forming the cake.
  3. While the dough is rising, you can start cooking minced meat. To do this: cut the onion (1 pc.) into half rings. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and add finely chopped onion.
  4. Pass the onion until light golden brown.
  5. Cut the salmon (300 gr.) into thin strips / pieces, add the pieces of fish to the pan with fried onions. Put the pan on medium heat and simmer the fish lightly for about 3-5 minutes. The fish will come to readiness when baking a pie.
  6. Rinse the rice (1/3 cup), then boil in salted water until al dente. Mix boiled rice and minced fish, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Sew a French shirt. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one part into a layer. Transfer the dough layer to a baking dish. Make a small side. Put the minced fish on a layer of dough and smooth it out. Roll out the second layer of dough, leaving a small piece for the subsequent design of the pie. Close the minced fish with a rolled layer, wrap the edges to the center. Lightly press the surface of the cake. In the middle, make a hole for the steam to escape, which is formed during baking.
  7. From the remaining piece of dough, roll out the layer, cut out ribbons and various figures using cookie cutters.
  8. Decorate the pie to taste. Next, the surface of the cake is smeared with beaten egg and sent to a preheated oven to t180c for baking. Bake until they are browned.
  9. Bon Appetit!
  10. Enjoy.
