Here is a simple and delicious fish pie that will perfectly decorate the Easter holiday table. When adding egg yolks to the dough, the dough acquires a very soft, tender structure, a pleasant sweet taste.
In a bowl, add warm milk (200 ml.), add 7 gr.granulated dry yeast, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix the mixture and put it in a warm place to dissolve the yeast. After a while, a cap of small bubbles forms on the surface of the mixture. The dough is ready.
Next, add 2 egg yolks to the milk-yeast mixture, add 1 teaspoon of salt, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then add the total amount of flour in batches. Knead dough. Cover the container with the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place for lifting. After the first rise, knead the dough and put it to rise again. Then you can start forming the cake.
While the dough is rising, you can start cooking the minced meat. To do this: chop onion (1 PC.) in half rings. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and add chopped onions.
Passer the onion until light Golden brown.
Cut the salmon (300 gr.) into thin strips/pieces, add the fish pieces to the pan with the sauteed onion. Put the pan on a medium heat and lightly simmer the fish for about 3-5 minutes. Until ready, the fish will reach when baking the pie.
Wash the rice (1/3 Cup), then boil in salted water until Al dente. Combine the boiled rice and minced fish, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Make a French shirt. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one part into a layer. Transfer the dough layer to a baking dish. Make a small side. Put the minced fish on a layer of dough and smooth it out. Roll out the second layer of dough, leaving a small piece for the subsequent design of the pie. Close the minced fish with a rolled layer, turn the edges to the center. Lightly press the surface of the pie. In the middle, make a hole for the steam to escape, which is formed when baking.
From the remaining piece of dough, roll out the layer, cut out ribbons and various figures using cookie cutters.
Arrange the pie to taste. Next, the surface of the cake is greased with beaten egg and set in a preheated oven to t180c for baking. Bake until nicely browned.
