Add baking powder to the flour and sift into a deep bowl. Add salt and mix.
Add the butter at room temperature and mix with your hands until crumbs form.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (I use suluguni cheese) and finely chop the sausage or ham.
We send the cheese and sausage to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add kefir, mix with a spoon, and then with your hands. Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough a little, it will turn out a little sticky.
Divide the dough into two parts. From each form a ball and roll out into a flat cake 1.5-2 cm thick.
Place two tortillas on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and divide each tortilla into 8 parts using a pastry knife or a conventional kitchen knife.
Brush each cake with kefir with a silicone brush and send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
As soon as the hot rolls are ready, cut them into old pieces again. Rolls with sausage and cheese are ready.
