Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar, add cottage cheese, kefir and beat well. Add semolina, baking soda and baking powder – mix well.
Whisk the whites separately into a strong foam.
Carefully introduce the proteins into the dough in two steps.
Add raisins (or other dried fruits if desired).
Put it in a greased form. And bake at 180 °C for about 40-50 minutes. Readiness to check with a sliver.
When you take it out of the oven, use a match to make holes in the cake and pour condensed milk directly into the mold. Let it cool down.
