  1. Add salt, powdered sugar and baking powder to the sifted flour. Mix well.
  2. Grate the butter on a grater.
  3. Grind with flour into fine crumbs.
  4. Add eggs and milk.
  5. Knead the dough quickly. Transfer to a bag and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  6. Preparing the filling. Peel the oranges and remove the seeds.
  7. Whisk with a blender. Add sugar and starch.
  8. Cook until thickened. The filling has completely cooled down.
  9. Roll out the dough on parchment into a circle with a diameter of 30-32 cm. In the center, mark a circle of smaller diameter.
  10. In a circle we make incisions with a width of 8 mm. Bend one strip.
  11. Roll it into a roll.
  12. Two adjacent strips are connected to each other, forming a petal.
  13. Similarly, we form all the other petals.
  14. Lubricate the petals with yolk.
  15. Put the orange filling in the middle.
  16. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  17. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
