Instructions
The photo shows the necessary ingredients. The diameter of the baking dish is 24 cm.
Rinse broccoli and mushrooms, squeeze out water (through cheesecloth or colander). Mix mushrooms, broccoli, cheese (100 gr.), salt, pepper.
Brush the pan with olive oil. Form a baking dish of uniform thickness from the resulting mass.
Lay out the peeled freshly frozen shrimp. Save the shells and shrimp heads for further preparation of soup sauce.
Add thyme leaves. Pour in a mixture of eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and other seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese (40 gr.).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let it cool down.
