Instructions
  1. Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly and chop it with a blender (or meat grinder) along with two onions and garlic.
  2. Add 2 eggs, semolina, season (I have salt and pepper). Mix thoroughly.
  3. Put the mixture in a baking bag and tie the bag.
  4. Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker, set the steaming bowl, put a bag of liver mixture into it. Set the “Steam cooking” mode, the cooking time is 1 hour. After 25 minutes, my package swelled, I punctured it carefully.
  5. An hour later we got the most delicate, very fragrant liver pate, steamed! Cool, add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly. You can mix a little to get an even more delicate structure. Liver cream is ready!
  6. The delicate taste of the liver sets off the spicy aromas. I chose pickled vegetables – onions, bell peppers, gherkins. And so, chop and marinate the red onion in a mixture of water and vinegar (15-20 minutes).
  7. Chop the peppers and gherkins.
  8. Spread the waffle cake with a thin layer of liver cream, sprinkle with chopped pepper. Cover with the next cake, spread with cream, etc. *** Vary the vegetables as desired. They can be mixed and sprinkled with this mixture on each cake. But I decided to sprinkle the first cake with pepper, the second with gherkins, the third with onions, etc.
  9. On the last cake, not greased with cream, put a cutting board and lay out a small load. I have this jar with the remaining pickles))) Leave for 1 hour. Smear the “settled” cake on top and on the sides with the remaining liver cream. For decoration, take a boiled egg and leek, they also go well with the liver.
