  1. To begin with, prepare several types of cheese. I have mozzarella, Maasdam and ricotta. I took what I had, you can also make another set. Pitted black olives. Ground paprika. Spirulina powder is a small algae. It is said that the Aztecs collected it from the surface of lakes, dried it in the sun and used it as medicinal food.
  2. We rub the cheese with a food processor with a chopping nozzle. Add the ricotta, mix everything thoroughly (at this stage you can add cheese to taste)
  3. Divide the cheese mass into three parts. In one of them I added chopped olives, as well as a chopping nozzle, added ground black pepper to taste. In the second part, add ground sweet paprika. In the third part, add spirulina powder, dry green onion and garlic powder.
  4. Mix each cheese mixture with additives. Then she warmed them up in an MV oven, each one separately. Together with the olives, the mass was heated for 2 minutes at a power of 800.
  5. They were taken out, mixed, spread out on silicone molds, which were previously lightly greased with vegetable oil.
  6. The second part of the cheese was also served. With paprika, the cheese was heated for 1.5 minutes, the power is the same. The photo shows that the mass is soft, but does not drain from the spoon. The same was done with the third part of the cheese, it took 1.5 minutes for the cheese to melt. Molds with cheese are cooled. Then she shook the cheese out of the molds. After the photo shoot, wrap it in parchment and film. They say that cheese breathes better.
  7. Here’s a cheese platter I got. I think that in the same way you can cook cheese with mushrooms, dried tomatoes, nuts, etc. It all depends on taste preferences and cheese, of course. The grapes were delicious!
