  1. We prepare all the products. Instead of sausages, a sausage or a meat mixture left over from the festive table, as well as all kinds of smoked meats, looks great. You don’t need to add dry greens. If desired, you can add 10 pieces of olives, so it will be more beautiful to cut. Everything is surprisingly interchangeable. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I quickly did it on the combine.
  2. Sausage, sausage or whatever you have – finely chop. From sausages, you can immediately make blanks for the design of muffins.
  3. Put eggs, milk and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor.
  4. Whisk until smooth. This can also be done with a mixer or whisk.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and herbs as desired. Instead of dry greens, you can add fresh dill. Whisk again until smooth.
  6. Add cheese, sausage, finely chopped tomatoes, a jar of olives in rings to the dough.
  7. Mix well with a spatula.
  8. Distribute over the molds, filling them by 3 \ 4. I got 13 pieces of standard size.
  9. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. If desired, you can decorate muffins. For example, like this: Christmas sausage boots on a toothpick, decorated with cream cheese.
  10. Muffins are obtained with a crispy crust, tender and coarse-pored inside. Very similar to custard dough, spicy and very pleasant to the taste. And don’t forget to serve some delicious barbecue sauce to the muffins. If you want the muffins to become soft, put them in a cellophane bag for a couple of hours.
