Beat sugar, eggs and condensed milk for 5 minutes. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
Pour in the oil and mix. Add baking powder and flour. Whisk for just a couple of seconds.
Put the dough into the molds. Dried apricots are not pre-soaked. Place 1 piece of dried apricots in the center of the cupcakes until the end of the molds. Place the cupcakes in the oven at 180 degrees until ready (15-20 minutes).
