Instructions
  1. Dough: in a bowl, mix flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix it.
  2. Add pieces of soft butter, pour in vegetable oil.
  3. Rub your hands into crumbs.
  4. Add the egg and knead it into the dough.
  5. Pour cold water and, having collected the dough into a ball, knead the steep dough (if you feel that the dough is not going into a ball – you can add a little vegetable oil / flour).
  6. Lightly knead the dough on the surface.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Filling: grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Add the egg and finely chopped green onion.
  10. Add 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs (I have crackers with the addition of dried carrots and paprika) and mix the cheese filling thoroughly.
  11. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into pieces (I got 11 pieces). Roll out a piece of dough.
  12. Lay out the cheese filling.
  13. Fold, pressing the edges, then walk along the edge with a fork, slightly pressing the dough.
  14. Place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, brush the top with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  15. We send it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (we focus on the ruddy top and the features of your oven). Remove the pies from the oven and let them cool.
