The number of ingredients is indicated per person with a volume of 4.5 liters.
Put water on the fire, bring to a boil, send chopped onions and potatoes into the water. Let it boil for 10 minutes, send the carrots.
After another 5 minutes, lay out the cauliflower. Let it boil.
5 minutes after boiling, put the spinach in a saucepan.
When all the spinach melts and the soup boils, put the peas and keep on fire for another 2 minutes.
Remove the soup from the heat, add garlic and salt to taste. Take a blender to get mashed potatoes.
Put the soup on the fire for a couple of minutes before boiling. The soup is ready. Pour on plates and serve with crackers and herbs.
