Peel the pink salmon, remove the fins, cut into portions. Add salt to the pink salmon, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons of corn oil to the pan (you can replace it with vegetable oil), add 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Heat the pan well over medium heat, put the pieces of pink salmon in the pan and fry on both sides until half-cooked, inside the fish should remain raw.

Sprinkle the fish with spices for cooking fish dishes. Ingredients: (lemon pepper, sugar, pink pepper, green pepper, tarragon, fruit powder, dried onion, dried carrot). Grease the fish with butter, add chopped bay leaf.
Cover the form with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200C to bring the fish to readiness.
For the sauce:
Add 3 egg yolks to a bowl. Put the bowl on a water bath and whisk until thickened, then add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, continuing to whisk. Next, melt the butter (100 gr.). Cool the butter slightly and gradually, in a thin trickle, add to the beaten yolks.
Mix the sauce well again.
Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Serve the sauce warm.
Garnish the dish with stewed vegetables, boiled rice, boiled potatoes and French fries or your favorite side dish.
