  1. Clean the squid.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into cubes and fry them with onions until cooked over medium heat. Add salt to taste and pepper with the mixture.
  4. Break the eggs, mix with a fork, cook until they “catch”. Remove from the heat.
  5. Add finely chopped dill.
  6. Lay out the grated cheese.
  7. Mix the filling.
  8. Stuff the squid carcass with stuffing. Distribute evenly. Do not put a lot of filling, when baking squid dry up. Fasten the edges with toothpicks so that the filling does not fall out. Put the carcass in a greased form. Brush the squid with oil on top. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake until tender for 20 minutes. Don’t overdo it!!! Otherwise it will become “rubbery”.
  9. Ready-made squid serve immediately or as a cold snack. Slice before serving.
