  1. Boil and peel the eggs, as in the photo, cut off the tops, egg yolks and egg white grate to the filling on a fine grater.
  2. Cut the pepper very thinly, add salt, when it softens a little, squeeze it out.
  3. Mix all the ingredients except pepper, whisk with a blender.
  4. Stuff the eggs, fix them vertically with coarse salt in a plate, sprinkle pepper on top, lay out the salad.
