Instructions
Boil the egg, cut it in half, remove the yolks.
Crumble the yolks, rub the cheese in them, squeeze the garlic through a press, season with mayonnaise.
Cut the sausage as thinly as possible, season it with what you like (my favorite Indian spice is spicy), add a little mayonnaise.
Place the tomato petals and leek strips on a decorated plate. Put sausage in each egg, yolk-cheese mass on top. Put on a plate, garnish with leeks.
