Tagliatelle with Baked Vegetables and Meatballs Recipe
Jamie Oliver’s delicious dish. Pasta with delicious vegetables and meatballs will not leave anyone indifferent. However, meatballs are my addition, but it only adds flavor.

  1. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Make small meatballs. Meatballs can be fried or baked. I bake them for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the eggplant into a large 5 cm thick cube. If cherry tomatoes are cut in half. I had medium-sized tomatoes, so I cut them into quarters. Cut the onion into feathers. Garlic is cut to your liking, someone cuts it finely, someone with plates. Mix the vegetables with oil, salt and pepper to taste and oregano to taste. Place on a deep baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees. cover with foil for half an hour. Then remove the foil and bake for another half hour, until the vegetables are soft.
  3. In 15 minutes. at the end, I add the meatballs along with the baking juice.
  4. Boil the pasta. I put the vegetables in a deep frying pan and add the pasta and about half a cup of water. Cook with intense stirring for about 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy your meal!
