After the time has elapsed, cool the mold a little and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Put the cooled terrine on a plate and sprinkle with grated yolk! To prevent the egg yolk from crumbling, you can lubricate the terrine on top with a small amount of mayonnaise or olive oil.
It can be served with white sauce, it is prepared as follows:
wheat flour – 4 tablespoons
butter – 2 tablespoons
milk-1 1/2 cups
ground black pepper, salt
Fry the flour in oil until golden brown. Then gradually pour in the milk, season with salt and pepper and, stirring constantly, warm up until thickened.
