Thai Beef Salad Recipe
A very tasty salad for lovers of Asian cuisine. It can be cooked with chicken, turkey and lean pork. This marinade is suitable for any meat and will make it spicy and tender. And the dressing turns out delicious even just on green leaves, as a substitute for the classic mixture of oil and vinegar. If you don’t like spicy, just replace the chili with ordinary green bell pepper.

  2. Finely chop the peeled ginger, garlic and cilantro cuttings, put them in a bowl and add soy sauce and lime juice.
  3. Pour the marinade over the meat and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Turn the meat over after 3 hours of marinating.
  4. For dressing, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar in a bowl.
  5. Pour in a thin stream of sunflower oil, continuing to beat.
  6. This filling is stored even outside the refrigerator in a closed container for up to a week. Shake the jar with the dressing well before using.
  7. Cut red onion into very thin half rings, chili pepper into thin strips. Separate the leaves of the greens.
  8. Drain the marinade from the meat and wipe it with a paper towel. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry it on medium heat on both sides for 5 minutes or as desired. Put the fried meat on a plate, wrap it tightly with foil and leave it to reach and “rest”.
  9. Cut the finished meat into thin plates.
  10. Arrange the lettuce leaves and herbs on plates, add the meat plates, pepper and red onion and pour over the dressing. Serve immediately.
