  1. Power: 860W Main program: Stewing (30 minutes) Additional program: Browning (8 minutes) Cut carrots, celery and chili peppers into strips, potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and add cream. Turn on the slow cooker in the “Frying” mode for 15 minutes.
  3. After 2 minutes, when the butter has melted, add the carrots, fry it for 3 minutes.
  4. Then add the celery, fry for 2 minutes.
  5. It was the turn of finely chopped garlic and hot pepper. Fry, literally, for 1 minute. Turn off the “Frying” mode.
  6. Add potatoes and 300 ml of water to the bowl of the slow cooker. Turn on the “Extinguishing” mode for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut the fish fillets into cubes.
  8. 15 minutes after the start of the program, add the pre-thawed seafood.
  9. Then add the fish.
  10. Add 250 ml of boiling water and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
  11. In a glass of flour, dissolve 150 ml of cream. Pour the mixture into the soup, add salt and pepper to taste and, stirring gently, let the soup thicken, do not boil!!! If the soup is too thick for you, you can adjust the density by simply adding hot water.
