Instructions
Cut the onion into cubes, finely chop the garlic and fry in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Pour the tomato puree in its own juice, simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the green beans and bring to a boil.
Then add the pieces of white fish and fry over medium heat with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Boil water in a saucepan, add bay leaf and seafood, previously thawed and washed. Bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.
Then add the vegetable mass with fish, boiled rice, soy sauce, finely chopped parsley, herbs of Provence, ground allspice, salt.
Bring the soup to a boil, turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 5-10 minutes.
