  1. Wash and dry the turkey fillet. Cut into portions, season with salt and pepper. Postpone.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
  3. Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into slices
  4. Heat a frying pan with oil and quickly fry the fillets on both sides over high heat. Not ready.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the turkey, apples, onion and ketchup.
  6. We put everything in a fireproof mold. Brush the top with the oil on which the turkey was fried.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle all this beauty on top.
  8. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven (180 g) for 45-60 minutes. Our yummy is ready! Rice or baked potatoes are asked for a side dish. Have a nice day!
