  1. Prepare the ingredients, instead of broth, you can just take hot water. Grate the carrots, cut the potatoes into flat pieces, chop the onion and Turkey fillet.
  2. Salt the onion a little, fry until Golden brown, add grated carrots and simmer under a closed lid.
  3. The baking dish is greased with vegetable oil and spread the Turkey pieces and a little salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Next, lay out a layer of onions and carrots.
  5. Salt the sliced potatoes and mix thoroughly. If you salt a little each layer – the taste is more harmonious. Add sour cream and mix again.
  6. Put a layer of potatoes with sour cream in the form.
  7. Pour the broth, cover with foil. Put to bake in a preheated oven to 180-190 degrees for 70-90 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
