Ingredients

Instructions
Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Chop the onion, add to the meat, fry for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Pour in the milk, add sugar, a little salt, let it boil, cover with a lid. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Wash, peel and finely chop the pepper and zucchini.
After the specified time, add the pepper and mix. Increase the heat to medium, fry for 5 minutes.
Lay out the pieces of zucchini, add salt and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Add butter, garlic pieces, ground black pepper. Let it boil. Chop the greens, add.
Mix well, add salt to taste and remove from heat.
