Wash the meat, dry with a paper towel, clean the bone. Add salt, spices for meat. I usually use natural spices from dried herbs, a wide variety. Marinate, in the meantime, continue training.
Carrots and onions to clear, cut into half rings, carrots can be rings, cubes. Wash leeks and also cut into rings. The cherry tomatoes can be taken fresh or frozen, the number roughly 4 pieces per serving, if desired, can be increased. Peel the garlic.
16 medium potatoes (4 servings) peel and cut into cubes. All the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Prepare 4 sheets of foil such that fit and can be wrapped vegetables and veal. Grease each with butter. Spread mixed vegetables: potatoes, onions, leeks, tomatoes, carrots, put on top of a clove of garlic, a sprig of rosemary and thyme.
Veal fry on both sides until Golden brown in a heated pan (olive or sunflower oil).
Spread on top of vegetables and put a piece of butter. Wrap everything in foil and put in a preheated oven (200 degrees). About 40-50 minutes, again guided by the oven, check the readiness (in my oven always get a different cooking time than indicated in the recipes).
When ready, release the dish from the foil. Veal with a side dish ready!
