  1. So let’s get started! Boil any vegetables until soft. Follow your personal preferences here. The taste and color of the bread will depend on the vegetables used. For example, you can bake red bread if you use beets; yellow if you use carrots; green if you use greens (for example, spinach), etc. Personally, this time I decided not to experiment with color and cooked bread on ordinary cauliflower.
  2. Chop the boiled vegetables in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
  3. Mix 1 cup of chopped vegetables with about 4 cups of flour and knead the dough.
  4. The dough should be very elastic!
  5. Now we need to dilute the resulting dough with mineral water. Add a little mineral water and knead, knead, knead. The dough should turn out to be quite soft, but at the same time so that it can be rolled out. If it turned out to be too sticky, then soften a piece of butter in your hands and knead the dough again, then it will not stick to your hands.
  6. Divide the dough into several equal parts.
  7. Roll out each piece into such an oval a couple of millimeters thick. If desired, the cakes can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  8. Place the resulting cakes on a baking tray.
  9. And bake at a temperature of 225 degrees for about 10 minutes, until golden brown spots appear. The buns must be very swollen!!! Tell me, isn’t it a miracle?
