  1. Prepare the vegetables, wash, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Fry garlic petals, tomatoes and celery on 1 tbsp.l. oil, put onion slices, fry for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Also fry carrots in vegetable oil, combine with fried vegetables. Dry the potatoes with a paper towel and fry them with pepper.
  4. Mix all the vegetables in a saucepan, pour in 2 tablespoons of water, simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes and carrots are ready.
  5. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
  6. It is quite an independent dish, especially in the post. But this dish is much tastier as a side dish to the “Breast” cutlets.
