  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the green onion.
  2. Pour baking powder into the sifted flour, beat the egg.
  3. Pour in the milk, stir.
  4. Add grated cheese and finely chopped green onions.
  5. Mix it.
  6. Bake in an electric oven.
  7. Bake for 6 minutes.
  8. Put it on a plate.
  9. Serve with sour cream.
