Waffles with Spinach Recipe
It’s very exciting to bake waffles. I baked waffles at the diner. Spring, early summer, lots of greenery, spinach is bought quite often. Waffles go well with spinach and cottage cheese. It turned out very harmoniously to taste.

  1. Add finely chopped coriander or dill greens to the cottage cheese.
  2. Add salt and ground pepper. Garlic is passed through a press, add to the cottage cheese. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll into balls, put in the refrigerator.
  4. Finely chop the onion, fry in 30 grams of butter until soft.
  5. Wash and dry the spinach.
  6. Cut.
  7. Add to the onion in the pan.
  8. Let the spinach settle. Add salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
  9. Beat the egg into the yogurt, add the remaining (30 grams) butter.
  10. The whip.
  11. Pour in the sifted flour, baking powder. Mix gently.
  12. Add the fried onion and spinach.
  13. Put it in an electric oven.
  14. Bake for 5 minutes. Ready-made waffles are served with balls of savory cottage cheese.
