Warm Salad with Potatoes and Salmon Recipe
I offer you an amazing salad of warm potatoes and red fish. As a child, I thought that the best warm salad was boiled potatoes and fragrant sunflower oil.

Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform. If not possible, boil fresh potatoes, peel and boil in salted water until tender.
In a bowl, grate the lemon zest, half the juice and add the vinegar.
Add olive oil, thyme and salt. Cut the dill into slices. Add salt and pepper! Add sugar and mix thoroughly!
Disassemble the smoked salmon into pieces. Put it on a plate.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the boiled potatoes in a pre-prepared sauce of butter, dill, zest and vinegar. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
When all the potatoes are “soaked”, it’s time to put it on the fish.
Drizzle with olive oil. Add sour cream and horseradish sauce… I add a few mint leaves and a tablespoon of capers.
Pour yourself a glass of wine and cut a piece of fresh bread. This is an amazing salad.
