  2. Cut the salmon into strips and pour over the Unagi sauce (this is a sweet sauce that is seasoned with eel in Japanese cuisine). If there is none in the arsenal – easily do it yourself. To do this, heat the usual soy sauce in a water bath or in a microwave oven and add sugar or honey to it until the viscosity appears. If it seems too sweet – it doesn’t matter – add more soy sauce. Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and avocado and cut into strips.
  4. Wash the greens, dry them. Tear the salad into large pieces, tear off the stalks of basil and arugula.
  5. Fry the salmon in a frying pan without adding oil. No more than 5 minutes.
  6. At the end of frying, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and soy sauce to taste. Before serving, garnish the salad with slices of tangerine, peeled from the films. Tangerine will give your salad a very pleasant sweet and spicy taste!
