Instructions
  1. peel the kiwis and mash them into puree in a blender or using a mixer, add sugar, heat well over medium heat (to a boil), add soaked gelatin (or “Gelfix” – 1 pc.), stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves. Note: I have heard that there are problems when making jelly from fresh kiwi and pineapple, so that the jelly turns out for sure, it is better to use “Gelfix” or ready-made “Jelly for sweets and marmalade”. One package per 40 g will be enough.
  2. Pour into a dessert pan and place in a cold place to solidify.
  3. I used gelatin in packages. The amount of gelatin can be changed according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Preparation of yogurt dessert: gelatin (10 gr.) soaked in milk, warm over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, set aside. Whisk cream with sugar and vanilla sugar; continuing to whisk, add yogurt and gelatin in small portions. Note: instead of milk, you can use cream
  5. Spread the resulting mousse on top of the frozen jelly and put it back in the refrigerator until it solidifies. Better for the night.
  6. In order for the finished dessert to be easier to take out, the mold must be immersed in hot water for a few seconds, holding it by the edges so that water does not get on the dessert itself.
