peel the kiwis and mash them into puree in a blender or using a mixer, add sugar, heat well over medium heat (to a boil), add soaked gelatin (or “Gelfix” – 1 pc.), stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves.
Note: I have heard that there are problems when making jelly from fresh kiwi and pineapple, so that the jelly turns out for sure, it is better to use “Gelfix” or ready-made “Jelly for sweets and marmalade”. One package per 40 g will be enough.
