Instructions
Separate the yolks from the whites. All you need is yolks.
Sift flour into a cup, grate butter or margarine on a coarse grater. Grind into crumbs.
Add yolks, sour cream, baking powder, sugar.
Quickly knead the dough, wrap it in a bag, put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Add powdered sugar to the apples.
Add poppy seeds and cinnamon. Mix it.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm.
Sprinkle with semolina and lay out the apples, retreating from the edges about 1-1. 5 cm.
Fold the edges up slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190C for 35-40 minutes.
