The fact that this is a delicious biscuit does not mean anything!!! A rather unusual, but very simple and harmonious combination that you will like! Delicious crumbly dough and a pleasant sweet and sour filling! In my opinion – a very successful and original pastry!)
Grind the cooled butter with sifted flour into crumbs.
Add salt, grated cheese and rosemary. Beat the egg and knead the elastic dough. If necessary, you can add flour!
Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
For the filling: cut the onion into half rings, peeled apples into small slices. Add a pinch of sugar and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly on a work surface sprinkled with flour. Then carefully transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Stepping back from the edge by 5 cm, lay out the filling.
Sprinkle the filling with cheese. Wrap the edges of the dough to the center and form a sponge cake. Brush the cookies with egg yolk and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees T until browned.
