A spicy, moderately sweet aspic pie, the dough is made from whole-grain flour with the addition of spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg. Apple and pear pie with lemon juice. Fragrant, the most autumnal and soulful.

  1. Prepare the products for the cake. All spices, except cardamom, I used in my youth. I ground the cardamom in a mortar. Take spices to taste, and if you don’t like some, just don’t put them. I can say with confidence that everything I put in goes perfectly with the finished cake!
  2. Eggs should be beaten with sugar. I used al. Corolla. Melt the butter in the microwave for 55 seconds at 800 watts. It can be melted in a water bath.
  3. Pour the spices, baking powder into the mixture and sift the flour. Whisk with a whisk. The flour is gradually mixed. Add the melted butter.
  4. The dough is ready. I’ll take one apple and one pear for the pie. You can take just apples or just pears.
  5. If the skin is hard, then the fruit needs to be cleaned. I’m not. Cut out only the middle and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Stirred.
  6. We send it to the dough. Spread the fruit evenly over the dough.
  7. Preheat the oven to t-180 C. For baking, I will use a detachable ring D-20 cm. I’ll cover it with baking paper. The paper is not oiled, and I smeared it with a small amount of oil. Lay out the dough and spread evenly. Sprinkle white sesame seeds generously on top. You can sprinkle with seeds or chopped nuts. Put it in the oven, setting the time for 30 minutes.
  8. It took me 25 minutes to bake. Check if there is a “dry splinter”. If the dough does not stick to the wooden stick, the cake is ready. The pie has risen well, browned.
  9. That’s so beautiful and fragrant. Make tea and cut the pie into pieces.
