Delicious pie dough resembles something shortbread, and due to the cheese in the composition, a small toffee is obtained))) pizza lovers will appreciate it. The name of the pie came to mind, as lettuce leaves baked in the oven very much resemble a herbarium))
Mix cold water with olive oil and salt. Beat with a whisk. Take the flour add the whipped mixture and knead the dough. I have a large form for this amount of dough (23d) so I decided to make the dough in a double portion. The prepared dough is wrapped in plastic wrap and sent to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. The result is these small balls.
In the meantime, let's prepare the filling... Wash, dry and cut the lettuce leaves.
Cut the ham into strips.
Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Make the sauce: break the eggs add a little black pepper to taste and beat (I use a blender). Add sour cream and whisk again.
The baking dish is greased, you can butter, or margarine and spread the prepared dough. We make small sides (it was for the sides that we had to make the second portion of the dough.
Top the dough with sliced ham, grated cheese, and lettuce. Everything is properly leveled and filled with the prepared filling. Send the pie to the preheated 180 gr. oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Here's a pie turned out. You can serve it hot so the cheese will stretch, and if you want, you can also serve it cold, it is cut easier when it is cold. Enjoy your tea))
