Summer is my favorite time of the year: the garden is full of vegetables and fruits, what could be more beautiful? That’s how the time of fruit baking began for me. What about my favorite cottage cheese??? no way!!! I offer you a “cheesecake” made of thin cottage cheese dough, which is prepared in a few minutes and is very similar to yeast!   1. First prepare the crumb. Melt the butter, add flour and sugar with your hands to grind into crumbs.
  2. Cut the candies (optional) finely, add to the crumbs, mix and refrigerate. It is advisable to prepare the fruit at the same stage: wash, peel, slice.
  3. Dough: mix cottage cheese, egg, milk, vegetable oil, salt. If the cottage cheese turns out to be very dry, you need to add more milk.
  4. It turns out a pasty mass.
  5. Then add sugar, flour and baking powder to the dough.
  6. Knead a soft dough that sticks slightly to your hands. You may need more or less flour, it all depends on the cottage cheese.
  7. Take a small amount of dough, roll it in flour, roll it out not very thinly and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. The number of cheesecakes depends on their size, I made them big, but you choose the size yourself. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  8. Lay out the fruits (it is advisable to take fruits and berries with sourness, then you get an excellent combination of sour berries and sweet crumbs).
  9. Put the crumbs on top.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until golden brown. You may need more or less time, it depends on the size of the buns and on your oven.
  11. Cool on a baking sheet, serve. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
