  1. Beat the eggs with sugar. Add vegetable oil, whisk again.
  2. Add flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Knead a non-sticky, soft dough.
  3. For the filling, dry the nuts in a frying pan, stirring them. It is necessary to add powdered sugar, adding each time when the powder begins to melt.
  4. It is important to mix often so that the caramel does not start to burn.
  5. Place the nuts and caramel on greased parchment until cool.
  6. Then grind in a blender with 2 teaspoons of odorless vegetable oil to a mushy state.
  7. Roll out the dough into a thin layer 3 mm thick.
  8. Lubricate the walnut praline.
  9. Roll into a roll and cut into 1.5-2 cm wide pieces.
  10. Place the sliced cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
