  1. I’m trying to collect all the vitamins in one pile… Parsley is already from the garden, onions too.
  2. Grate large carrots, chop onions and send them to fry in a ceramic pot, watering with sunflower oil (you can fry separately in a frying pan, then add to borscht).
  3. When the onions and carrots are soft, add the chopped potatoes, pepper and bay leaf. Pour water.
  4. Chop the cabbage and add it when the potatoes are almost ready (the cabbage is young and does not cook for long). Cook for another 10 minutes, squeeze out the lemon juice, add the chopped herbs and, covered, leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
  5. Everything delicious is simple. You just need to want to cook. Enjoy your meal.
