I love this simple borscht, today I decided to cook it and at Zepter rules and Zepter cookware. The result I was simply amazed: I got a fragrant, delicious, bright borsch with stored in it all the beneficial vitamins.
Cabbage finely chopped, carrots and beets RUB on a grater, pepper cut into strips, onion cut into cubes.
We will cook borsch without frying and adding water, according to Zepter rules: in a pot we spread the beets.
On beet - put carrot.
On carrot put potatoes.
On potatoes put onions and bell peppers.
The last layer is cabbage.
Close the pot lid, put on medium heat and bring the arrow to the beginning of the green sector of the thermal controller (we cook without adding liquid, follow the external scale), reduce the fire to a minimum. As soon as the arrow of the controller reaches the middle of the green sector (for me it took 10 min) - turn off the heat and leave the vegetables for another 5 min.
Until prepare vegetables, in serum add soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, pepper and spices. Mix well.
Open the lid of the pan. That's what our vegetables look like in 15 minutes.
Pour the milk serum, mix, close the lid and bring the arrow of the thermal controller (follow the external scale) almost to the middle of the green sector, turn off the fire, add chopped herbs and garlic, cover the pan with a lid and leave to "languish" for 15-20 minutes.
In this cooking we have all useful properties: the borscht does not boil and hence, we get useful and healthy food.
