Instructions
Prepare the dough. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Mix the beaten eggs and melted chocolate. Add the jam, mix well.
Add flour with baking powder and salt and mix.
Place the dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175 *C. Let it cool down.
For the ganache, mix the melted chocolate, cream and jam. Cover the brownies with ganache.
Cut into squares. Garnish with a drop of jam and mint.
