  1. Boil 1 liter of water, add salt and put it in bags with buckwheat. Set the timer for 20 minutes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add cardamom seeds, finely chopped garlic and chili pepper. Fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chopped onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour lemon juice and soy sauce over it. Stir and warm up for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the prepared buckwheat. Stir and, if necessary, add soy sauce.
  6. Add the chopped herbs, mix and remove from the heat. Enjoy your meal!
